Refund policy

Full Plexiglass Sheets

Unused, uncut full plexiglass sheets may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that they are returned in their original condition and have not been cut, altered, damaged or used.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Custom-Cut Products

All plexiglass sheets, panels or pieces that have been cut or fabricated according to a customer's requested dimensions or specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because custom-cut products are manufactured specifically according to the measurements provided with the order, customers are responsible for verifying their dimensions and specifications before submitting the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order is received damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact GMC Plexiglass promptly so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by GMC Plexiglass or a defective or incorrect product.
